How to get started

1. Submit Request For Information form
Please contact our office and we will send you our subscription form to be filled out, stating the contact details of your organization and a general description of your assignment, without any obligations. After this we will contact you in order to introduce ourselves in person and discuss your objectives in more detail.

2. Quick scan
Following our conversation we will execute a short investigation in order to analyse the needs of your organization and to determine how to approach things best

3. Activity Plan
With the completion of a quick scan a tailored proposal will be put together including a general activity plan and financial proposals. The Activity Plan will include a Who-Does-What listing, and an outline of every action needed in order to achieve your goals. When necessary the appointed project manager will come and visit your organization in order to get acquainted and obtaining a good impression of a client’s organization. The financial proposal can include either fixed fees or a co-operation on a win-win basis (sales activities) depending on the needs of our clients.

4. Start!
With the approval of the proposal, our experts will start operating accordingly. He or she will be in contact regularly with the persons appointed by our client. A business update in writing will be provided within the time frames as set within the business plan, showing a detailed comparison between targets and achievements.
